Well met, fellow bookdragons!
If you’ve stumbled across my blog, you must’ve tripped over a pile of books in your living room and landed here. After all, readers and writers are a special breed that build extensive nests out of paper and ink.
That said, welcome! My name is Larissa Lee, and I’m an unapologetic bookdragon with a library of miscellaneous titles taking up most of my space. I’m also a scribbler of poems and weaver of magic (a.k.a. witch), so you’ll see a bit of that as well.
As a voracious reader, I’ve owned thousands of books throughout my life; however, moving across country from the heat of Texas to Washington’s rainy coast in 2016 required a sacrifice.
[Insert moment of silence for books left behind…]
Now, I spend my spare time combing through local thrift shops and used book stores for replacements to shore up my library once again. Like many readers, I’m also a writer. I participate in NaNoWriMo for kicks, scribble out a poem every day, and jot down plot ideas like grocery lists.
I’ve used this blog for many things throughout the years, from trying out new recipes to researching paganism to tossing my poetry out into the public eye. Now I’m adding in my love of books, because why not? Book reviews, book hauls, writing projects, and random book-related ramblings all have a home here.
If you like reading, writing, and randomness in general – follow me on the various social media. I don’t post much, but I’m working on that!
